Annual Client Satisfaction Survey Report 2023

We would like to thank all our clients who took the time to complete our annual satisfaction survey.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and it helps us to improve our services continually. As a token of our appreciation, we will be making donations to Sheffield Boxing Club, St Barnabus House Hospice, and Just One Tree.


Survey Results:

Overall, the results of the survey were positive, with an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5. This indicates that the majority of our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

We asked clients how long they have been with us, and 44% said they have been with us for more than two years, 30% for one to two years, and the remaining 26% for less than one year. This shows that we have a high retention rate for existing clients, and we are continuously attracting new clients.

We also asked clients how well we met their needs during their most recent encounter with us, and 88% said all of their needs were met, while the remaining 12% said most of their needs were met. This is a positive result, and we will work to improve our services further to ensure that all clients' needs are met.

When asked to what extent Together We Count cares about their individual situation, 66% of clients said a great deal, and 33% said a moderate amount. This indicates that we are providing a personalised service that takes into account each client's unique situation.

Regarding the likelihood of recommending us to friends, family, or colleagues, 78% of clients said they were very likely to recommend us, and 22% said they were somewhat likely to recommend us.

Clients also provided feedback on what we have done well, including quality customer service, individual attention, money saving, personal service, experienced staff, being kept up to date with matters affecting them, response time, and clarity.

When asked how we could serve them better, the majority of clients said to keep doing what we are doing, indicating their satisfaction with our services.

Finally, clients shared their worries about their business, with many expressing concerns about money, growth, saving for taxes, and advertising. We will address these issues in future communications to provide support and guidance to our clients.

In conclusion, the results of our annual satisfaction survey are positive, with clients expressing satisfaction with our services.

We will continue to improve our services based on the feedback we receive to ensure that all clients' needs are met.

Sheffield Boxing Club - Sheffield City Boxing Club was formed in 2010 following the merger of Woodseats Boxing Club and Sharrow Boxing Club. In this short space of time the club has gained an enviable reputation within the boxing community, producing numerous County Champions, National Champions and most recently; three representatives for the Team GB development squad.

The Club has over 200 members and prides itself on the diversity of its members.
